Dr. Sara Gushgari-Doyle

Bio
Sara is an environmental microbiologist with a background in civil and environmental engineering and a STEM education enthusiast. Sara obtained her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and her M.S./Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, she is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Bio
Mon spends her day in the world of microbiology - always fascinated by the awesome things microbes do. By night, she turns these concepts and ideas into illustrations. She has a PhD in environmental microbiology with expertise in anaerobic and electromicrobiology and is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, California. In her free time, she makes scientific illustrations for colleagues all around the world.Collaborators
